Break down your goal into steps from where you are now to where you want to be when you achieve your goal.

Create tasks

Break down the steps on your path into smaller tasks that you can start to achieve.

Day 3

Plan, Try, Learn... [Repeat]

Create a plan

Strategize when and how you will achieve your tasks.

Monitor and adjust

Check your progress, assess what's happening, and make changes if you need to.

Day 4

Prioritize the goal

Rank tasks

Think through which tasks you should prioritize and work on first.

Make sacrifices

Consider which of your actions are least helpful or may even be harmful to your goal.

Day 5

Complete the goal

Be disciplined

Train yourself to complete tasks over and over again so that you will get closer to your goals.

Follow through

Make sure you focus on completing the tasks you start and see them through to the end.

Day 6

Get help with the goal

Get guidance

Find sources of guidance that can help you think through difficult situations and point you in the right direction.

Get support

Find sources of support and make sure you're getting help to increase your chances of success.

Day 7
